Marronnages: Race & Social Sciences (online ISSN 2781-8306) positions itself as a French-speaking social science journal devoted to the analysis of race, racism and ethnicity in the contemporary world. It aims to provide an interdisciplinary academic forum for original research at the crossroads of sociology, anthropology, history, political science, economics and management, geography, social theory, gender studies, legal sciences, environmental sciences and social psychology.

Appel à contributions : dossier "Race et racismes en contexte postcolonial : le cas du Maroc"
Ce dossier thématique de Marronnages se propose de combler un manque critique d’analyses en sciences humaines et sociales sur la race et le racisme au Maroc. Il examinera les notions contemporaines de race, d’ethnicité et d’appartenance au Maroc, en abordant l’indigénéité (identité amazighe), la judéité, la noirceur et l’africanité comme des concepts qui perpétuent la marginalisation, les discriminations et la stigmatisation, parce qu’ils sont considérés comme incongrus par rapport à l’identité et à l’appartenance marocaines. Le numéro portera également sur la manière dont ces concepts sont façonnés par l’histoire de l’esclavage, du colonialisme, du nationalisme et du franchissement des frontières.
